  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (washed and chopped)

  • 1 grilled chicken breast (sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing (preferably light or homemade)

  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (grated)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Grill the chicken: Season the chicken breast with a pinch of salt and pepper. Grill the chicken on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Once cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
