Açaí Smoothie Bowl


  • 200 g Frozen Açaí puree

  • 1 ripe banana

  • Pulp of 1 passion fruit

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • 1 cup almond milk (adjust quantity for desired consistency)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes (for garnish)


  1. Allow the frozen Açaí puree to slightly thaw for a few minutes. This makes it easier to blend.

  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the thawed Açaí puree, ripe banana, passion fruit pulp, blueberries, raspberries, almond milk, and Greek yogurt. Blend until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
